How We Do It:
When testing, isolating sewer leaks, water leaks, or any type of repairs (whether it's repairing a leak beneath the slab or rebuilding a toilet) we set up as if every job is the same. We never prepare less for one or the other. We lay drop-cloths throughout the house. During slab repairs we use special techniques to control dust and avoid dust in most cases. All excavated dirt is placed outside of the home. We place dirt in five-gallon buckets and carry dirt outside. We never place or leave any dirt inside of a home. We provide drawings to detail leak locations. We perform hydrostatic sewer testing, water pressure testing and shower pan testing. We perform flow tests to determine how much water is leaking under normal usage through sewer leaks. We will investigate and isolate the source of unexplained water appearing on floors, walls etc. We perform simulation testing in tub/shower areas to determine if any water is leaking through walls when tub or shower is used due to grout failure. We provide video camera pipe inspections.
