Are you buying a house?
We inspect what regular home inspectors do not. We test and inspect plumbing systems beneath slab foundations. This is very important when buying a home to avoid costly after-purchase repairs. Many major problems are not disclosed or maybe the seller is simply not aware. However you will be the one buying the problems. Most home buyers do not have a clue of what has happened or what will happen with the plumbing beneath the house after the purchase. When you're in the process of buying a home and finally choose the one you love, the last thing that you want to think is that the house may have major problems. Well you cannot see through the floor or concrete. Your plumbing system runs underground beneath your flooring. If you're excited about buying a house, like most individuals, then you are thinking the same thing "I can't see any problems and the home inspector only pointed out minor ones". Who inspected or tested the plumbing beneath the slab? Whether it is a new house or an older house, call us for complete nondestructive testing or thorough camera pipe inspection.

Experiencing cracks in your walls?
If you have cracks in your walls two things may be happening. First the ground may be settling and second you may have a leak beneath the slab. In most cases you do not have to see water to know you have a leak. The best thing to do when you notice cracks in your walls is to test the entire plumbing system beneath the slab (domestic water system and sewer system). If you call a structural engineer or foundation company, they will most likely suggest that the plumbing beneath the slab is tested as a first step in isolating the source of the cracks.

Experiencing above-average water bills?
If you are experiencing above-average water bills you may have a dripping fixture, a toilet running, a water leak beneath the slab or in the yard. If it is a hot water leak beneath the slab, many times you may feel a particular spot on the flooring to be warm. In some cases you may see water surfacing through the slab or in the yard. Since the domestic water system is constantly under pressure, having a water leak would be as if a faucet was on 24 hours a day. So even the smallest leak can cause catastrophic damage. If the leak is above floor level, for example in the wall, you would know right away because you would see water dripping from the wall or trickling to the floor. If the water leak is beneath the slab, in most cases you would not know until it has caused damage. So if you notice above-average water bills beyond your control, call us for testing to avoid further problems. If you have a water leak, we use state-of-the-art equipment and expertise to locate, repair and minimize the process and cosmetic expenses to your home after repairs.
